Microsoft Power Platform
Digitize internal processes without relying on traditional development.
We design low-code applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to automate processes, eliminate operational friction, and provide real visibility into operations — with the level of control and governance your organization needs.
We don't start with the tool. We start with the process that creates friction, the user who suffers it, and the business outcome expected. Technology is a consequence of understanding the problem well.
The problem
Manual processes that slow down your operations.
Most organizations have critical processes that still rely on Excel, emails, manual forms, and informal follow-ups. This creates friction, errors, delays, and lack of visibility.
Processes in Excel and email
Critical flows that depend on shared spreadsheets, email chains, and attachments. No versioning, no traceability, no control.
Slow and opaque approvals
Approval flows depend on manual follow-up. There is no visibility into who approved, when, or based on what criteria. Bottlenecks are invisible until they create impact.
Lack of operational visibility
Leaders don't have a place to see the real status of processes. Reports are built manually, arrive late, and don't reflect the actual operational reality.
Disconnected systems
Information lives in silos: ERP on one side, SharePoint on another, data in email, and decisions in people's heads. There is no single source of operational truth.
Low-code chaos without governance
Some organizations have already tried Power Apps without governance: scattered apps, no lifecycle, no security, and no owner. The result is more problems, not fewer.
IT can't keep up
The IT team has a backlog of months. Internal processes never reach the top of the list. Power Platform allows resolution without competing for traditional development resources.

Use cases
Processes we transform with Power Platform.
Each case starts with a process that creates friction. These are the scenarios where Power Apps generates the greatest impact in real organizations.
Operations and logistics
Field capture, inspections, and operational control without paper or Excel.
Mobile apps that work offline, with configurable checklists, photo evidence, digital signatures, and automatic synchronization with central systems.
Inspection checklists, safety rounds, and condition recording at plants or in the field.
Records are made on paper or forms that arrive late, with incomplete data and no traceability for audits.
Mobile app with configurable checklist, photo capture, GPS, and digital signature. Data available in real time with automatic alerts for critical findings.
Paper elimination, full traceability, reduced reporting time, and faster incident response.
Delivery registration, dispatches, and field reception confirmation.
Delivery confirmation depends on calls, emails, and physical documents that cause delays and disputes between departments.
Registration app with photo evidence, receiver signature, and immediate synchronization with logistics and billing systems.
Reduced disputes, real-time delivery status visibility, and accelerated billing cycle.
Finance and procurement
Faster approvals with traceability and without losing control.
Multi-level approval flows, expense management, and purchase order tracking with consolidated visibility and audit evidence.
Expense approval, purchase requests, and payment flows with multiple authorization levels.
Approvals travel by email, get lost in inboxes, and nobody knows at which step each request is or who has it pending.
App with request form, multi-level approval flow in Power Automate, Teams notifications, and real-time status dashboard.
Shorter approval cycles, elimination of manual follow-up, and full process auditability.
Budget tracking by department, cost center, or project with deviation alerts.
Budget control is done in spreadsheets that are not updated in real time and don't alert when there are significant deviations.
App connected to Dataverse with alert rules, dashboards by department, and automatic notification when spending approaches or exceeds the defined limit.
Greater financial control, early deviation detection, and better budget decision-making.
Human Resources
Less administrative burden and a better employee experience.
Apps for onboarding, internal requests, evaluations, and document management that free the HR team from repetitive tasks.
New employee onboarding: documents, access, training, and completion tracking.
The onboarding process depends on emails between departments, manual checklists, and informal follow-up that causes delays and a poor initial experience.
App with step-by-step onboarding flow, automatic task assignment to each department, completion tracking, and pending notifications.
Faster onboarding, better new employee experience, and full visibility into the status of each hire.
Internal requests: time off, permits, certificates, data changes, and HR department requests.
The HR team receives requests by email, Teams, phone, and in person. There is no single channel, no tracking, and the response is slow.
Self-service portal for employees with forms, automatic approval flows, status tracking, and requester notifications.
Reduced HR operational burden, faster response, and better employee experience.
Internal support
Ticket management with SLAs, priorities, and real visibility.
Apps for IT support, facilities, legal, or any department that receives high-volume internal requests and needs operational control.
Internal help desk for IT, facilities, or shared services with classification, assignment, and tracking.
Requests arrive through multiple channels without priority, the team has no backlog visibility, and SLAs are missed without anyone noticing.
App with request form integrated into Teams, automatic classification, rule-based assignment, configured SLAs, and operational dashboard.
Better response time, measurable SLA compliance, and reduction of lost or duplicate requests.
Asset management, equipment inventory, and assignment tracking by employee or department.
The asset inventory is in outdated spreadsheets. There is no traceability of who has what, or when it was assigned or returned.
Asset management app with registration, assignment, return, and complete history. Warranty expiration alerts and renewal cycle tracking.
Real asset control, loss reduction, and better renewal and procurement planning.
Sales management
More pipeline control and less friction in the sales process.
Apps for sales teams that need opportunity tracking, quoting, and coordination without relying on heavy CRMs.
Sales pipeline tracking, opportunity registration, and coordination between sales and operations.
The pipeline lives in individual spreadsheets. There is no consolidated visibility, opportunities are lost, and forecasts are unreliable.
App with opportunity registration, configurable stages, inactivity alerts, and pipeline dashboard for sales leadership.
Better pipeline visibility, more reliable forecasts, and reduction of lost opportunities.
Quote generation, discount approval, and tracking of sent proposals.
Quotes are built manually, discounts are approved by email, and there is no tracking of which proposals were sent or their status.
App with quote templates, discount approval flow, PDF generation, and status tracking through close or loss.
Faster commercial response, discount control, and sales process traceability.
Quality and compliance
Audits, findings, and action plans with full traceability.
Apps for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement teams that need to record findings, track corrective actions, and report progress.
Internal audit registration, findings, non-conformances, and corrective action plans.
Findings are recorded in Word documents, action plans get lost in emails, and there is no visibility into progress or deadline compliance.
App with audit registration, finding classification, responsible party assignment, action tracking, and compliance dashboard.
Greater adherence to corrective actions, traceability for certifications, and reduction of recurring findings.
Document control, policy versioning, and tracking of reading and acceptance by employees.
Policies are distributed by email, there is no control over who read which version, and the compliance team cannot demonstrate adherence during external audits.
App integrated with SharePoint with versioning, automatic distribution, read confirmation, and adherence reports by department and document.
Auditable compliance evidence, better document control, and reduced regulatory risk.

Why ZENTARI LAB
Power Platform with expertise, not templates.
The difference between an app nobody uses and one that transforms a process lies in the approach: understanding the problem, designing with governance, and delivering with real adoption.
We don't build apps. We solve operational problems with Power Platform.
Many providers build the app they're asked for without questioning if it's the right one. We start with the process, the friction, and the expected outcome. The app is a consequence of understanding the challenge well.
Process diagnosis before building
We don't open Power Apps until we understand the current flow, pain points, and expected outcome. Without a clear case, we don't recommend building.
Governance from day one
Environments, security, DLP, lifecycle, and documentation. We prevent the low-code chaos that creates more problems than it solves.
Real adoption, not just deployment
The app works when users actually use it. We design with thoughtful UX, train users, and measure adoption to ensure the process truly changes.
Team with enterprise experience
We're not a team that only knows Power Apps. We understand architecture, integration, and enterprise governance, which is what makes the difference in real organizations.
How we work
From manual process to app in production.
A clear working model with deliverables at each phase. We don't promise digital transformation. We promise an app that solves a real problem and that your team can operate.
Process diagnosis
We map the current flow, identify friction points, define the app scope, and build the case with measurable success criteria.
1 weekDesign and architecture
We define the data model in Dataverse, flows in Power Automate, key screens, integrations, and governance and security policies.
1 weekBuild and validation
We build the app in sprints with demos, validation with real users, and adjustments before going to production.
3 – 6 weeksDeployment and adoption
We deploy to production, train users, measure adoption, and adjust. Ongoing support and expansion to new processes.
OngoingRelated service
If your process needs intelligence, we integrate AI agents into the Power Platform solution.
When the app needs to answer questions, classify information, or make decisions based on unstructured data, we incorporate AI agents as a native capability — not as an add-on after the fact.
Frequently asked questions
What we're asked before starting with Power Apps.
Straight answers to the most common questions about Power Platform in mid-size and large enterprise environments.
Do we need additional Power Platform licenses?
It depends on the scenario. Many features are included in existing Microsoft 365 licenses. Dataverse and premium connectors require additional licenses. We evaluate this in the initial diagnosis and give you clarity before you commit.
How long does it take to have a functional app?
A typical process app (approvals, forms, dashboards) is in production in 4 to 8 weeks including diagnosis, design, build, and deployment. More complex processes may require more time.
How do you prevent uncontrolled app chaos?
We configure environments, DLP policies, role-based security, and lifecycle from the start. Each app has documentation, an owner, and a defined change process. That's what differentiates a professional implementation from a demo.
Can it connect with our ERP or internal systems?
Yes. Power Platform has over 1,000 connectors and allows creating custom connectors for proprietary APIs. We design the integration as part of the project, not as a patch after the fact.
What happens if users don't use the app?
Adoption starts in the design: if the app doesn't solve a real user friction, they won't use it. That's why we start with the process and the pain, not the technology. Additionally, we measure adoption and adjust post-deployment.
Do you offer support after deployment?
Yes. We offer ongoing support: adjustments, new features, monitoring, and expansion to new processes. We can also train your team to manage and evolve the apps internally.
